Heidi For Governor

This is clearly and purposefully the most horrendous photoshop job I've ever done... but you get the idea. (That's a Reagan Campaign poster... and not even for CA Governor but for President) Baha the ridiculousness is just so amazing I couldn't help myself.

So... "Governor" has recently become my favorite U.S. office. As such, I've started my list of things I would do if I became Governor of Nevada
I would:

- Revamp the State and county websites, encouraging whoever is in charge of such things to create a more intuitive and easy to navigate site and ESPECIALLY more aesthetically pleasing. Maybe this way people would actually GO to them. "Government" needs to get with the times.

-Make the process of requesting voting information and the process of receiving an absentee ballot more easy to understand = can we have a reply system so they know the state received their ballot AND their request? Both seem pretty dang important.

- Education matters campaign. Work is great, but education will get you that much farther. Instead of putting more money into welfare, but more money into education and educating people so they can work for themselves and benefit society.
