(wave! wave! wave!)
It's been a while since I blogged because of my crazy schedule and lame-o computer, oops. anyhoodles. Holla!!!! As of right now, things are moving along nicely in Mastersland. I will be done the end of June and I cannot believe it. However, now that I went to school because I knew what I wanted to be when I grew up, I realize I don't even know where to start looking for jobs! I'm a tad overwhelmed with the upcoming decision making I'll be doing, but also looking forward to the welcome change. Just hangin' at home in Reno with the parents for a couple weeks and saying hello to old friends. Sure love being here, but I'm so read to get this last big semester out of the way.
Let's see... to update you on what's happened lately:
- I'm now living a gluten-free life. Yep, good times. Can't have anything with wheat, barely or rye. But I'm reading a great book about how to tackle such a life change and looking forward to getting my body working properly. Turns out the reason I was always so tired was because I'm malnourished becaue my intestines weren't happy. huh, who woulda known!? Excited to see some changes there.
- Still single. Yep, and still loving it. Dated some pretty rockin' awesome dudes, but all good things must come to an end it seems... and I always drive them toward their future wife. So if any of you fella's are looking to get married, I'm great prep for the big day :)
- Las Vegas is a nice place, but I'm ready to be free of it. Not my favorite place in the world. Loving my peeps there though. Made some fab friends.
- We have roaches in our apartment, but it's getting taken care of slowly but... sorta surely.
- Went to San Francisco to present to papers at the National Communication Association in November and that was fun. Realized I never want to get my Ph.D. haha. I'd rather have another Masters degree.
- Loving reading books. I Read lots and lots. Just finishing Hillary Clinton's autobiography and on to Bush's book Decision Points. Read some other awesome ones, but if you have suggestions I'd love to hear them! LOVED the hunger games series.
- One of my besties from BYU-I just made a visit and that was a BLAST
- Got really great slippers for Christmas that are pink and fuzzy.
- Obi wan (dad's dog) is cute as ever
- Pip (my turtle) is still alive (WHOAAA!!! can't wait to see if he lives to be 80 or not)
I think that about sums it up. If you know what I should be when I grow up let me know :)
Sure love and miss you all!
Love,
hp
I'll be making more updates because I just miss you all so much and feel closer to you when I talk to the public void.

Glad to hear the update. Bummer about gluten, but yay if it makes you feel better! LOVE YOU AND MISS YOU!!
Um...you should be a media specialist of some sort. Preferably for a small company because small companies are way better than big companies. Okay, so my career for you is a bit vague, but it's a start, right? :)
Hey for a post!!!! Loved hearing about life and what you are up to.
You are only a hop skip and a plow through the snow right now! We're in Sacramento. Too bad we didn't arrange a shindig! Hope you're having a lovely time with the fam. So jealous that you are almost done with your masters!
Dear Heidi, so glad for the update. And...my brother is still single, so ya know, that offer is always open. :) Thanks for having a dream about me so we could talk. And come visit soon. That's all.
